By accessing and using the TrafficBets platform ('Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
TrafficBets provides a self-serve advertising network. By registering, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Payments & Billing
All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Advertisers: Minimum deposit is $100. Unused balances are refundable with a 10% processing fee.
- Publishers: Minimum payout threshold is $50. Payments are processed on Net-7 or Net-15 terms.
3. Prohibited Content
We have a zero-tolerance policy for malware, phishing, illegal goods, and copyright infringement. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
TrafficBets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or ad delivery interruptions.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol.
